Vaasi was a language in Ravenloft that was typically spoken in the Southwestern Core.[1]
Description[]
Vaasi was noted for having harmonious sounding vowels. In Kartakass, there existed a dialect that mixed of Sithican Elven.[1]
Speakers[]
Vaasi was considered the official language of Hazlan, Kartakass, Nova Vaasa, Tepest,[2] and the Church of Lawgiver. The laws of the latter dictated that all religious rites needed to be conducted in Vaasi and all texts written in it.[3]
Many bards and minstrels were known to favor the use of the Kartakassian dialect of Vaasi, considering it highly poetic.[1]
