Kartakass (pronounced: /ˈkɑːrtɑːkæs/ KAR-ta-kass[1]) was the Domain ruled by Harkon Lukas. Its culture revolved around music and bards.[1][2][3]
The Domain was land-locked but had rivers and streams, the main town was Skald and the second town was Harmonia, each ruled by a Meistersinger.[1]

In 613 BC, the Domain of Kartakass manifested into existence.[4]
