From the Shadows is an adventure module for Ravenloft setting using the 2nd-edition Dungeons & Dragons ruleset.
Plot[]
Azalin wishes to speed up the process of the Grand Conjunction. He has captured heroes (the player-characters) and will send them back in time to steal the Holy Symbol of Ravenkind so the borders of Ravenloft will be at their weakest. Then he will force them to kill him, transferring his essence into his phylactery, which by then they will have carried to Darkon's border, and thereby escape.
