Diomeria was a Cluster made up of the Domains of Diomeria and Kirlanova.[1][note 1]

The domains of Diomeria had a rather temperate atmosphere and were composed of a great deal of forests, some plains, and a small mountain region on the Diomeria side. A river ran through the cluster's two domains, acting as a border.[1]

- ↑ The module refers to Diomeria as being an "island" type domain on multiple occasions. However, Islands of Terror are singular domains physically unconnected from others, not domains made up of one or two other domains like a cluster. Since the adventure later refers to the domain of Arkandale having been recently merged with the domain of Verbrek, it can be assumed The Dogs of War is set after the Grand Conjunction and it's therefore more plausible to label Diomeria as being a cluster domain.
